It helps a lot to include the MiniCD Studio version (from the About icon at the top of the window) and, if you bought outside the Microsoft Store, the order number.
From the medal icon at the top of the window, or the first time you print or export. In the copy from the Microsoft Store, click Buy in the Microsoft Store. If you bought elsewhere, paste the license key you received (24 groups of 5 characters) and click Unlock.
Bought in the store: sign in with the same Microsoft account and the full version comes back by itself. With a key: paste the same key on the new computer.

Always print at actual size (100%), never "fit to page".
Use the calibration page in the Print sheet tab: print both sides, read the rulers against the light and type in the numbers.
In the Measurements tab, adjust to your case and print the test template, which includes spine variations.

Up to 500 copies per mini CD, 100 sheets per project, 48 pages in a stapled booklet and 12 panels in a folded one, images up to 60 MB and 100 megapixels, 200 styles. When a limit is reached, the program says so with the number.
Projects stay wherever you save them. Autosave, preferences and styles are kept in %APPDATA%\Atenza\MiniCD Studio.
Store purchases are handled by Microsoft, and refunds follow the Microsoft Store policy; outside the store, the policy of the channel you bought from. If the problem is with the program, write to us first — we may solve it faster.
